Ask Academy 6th Grade Academy

Project Description

Built as an office for Rachel Matthew Development, this is now the Sixth Grade Academy for Ask Academy in Rio Rancho. The adjacency to the main campus and the large open rooms made this a perfect annex for the sixth grade class.

This Southwest Contemporary Office is filled with rich textures, exposed wood beams, latillas and curved brick ceilings. Solid wood interior doors, moldings, wood floors and tile finishes add to this naturally elegant environment.

Ornamental door hardware and solid surface counters complete the styling of this master planned space. Typical commercial heating and cooling applications are utilized and provide for a comfortable working zone. Fireplaces have been strategically placed to create energy efficiencies and take the chill out of the air during the fall season. Low maintenance landscaping and paved parking, complete this well designed complex.
