Burrito Express was transformed from a flower shop to a modern restaurant, complete with a drive-up window. Our challenge was to utilize an existing foundation and implement critical items needed to operate a restaurant.
Full mechanical, plumbing changes and kitchen equipment were at the top of the list and included grease traps, ventilation, and waste systems.
Once those challenges were met, we dressed up the store-front windows and added skid-resistant concrete flooring to create a clean and up-to-date look. The Hacienda exterior and southwest style landscaping add to the curb appeal to entice hungry diners into the comfortable restaurant.
Our mission is to create a beautiful commercial building for each customer. We will build it right, on time, on budget and when we turn over the keys, we want to have a stronger relationship than when we broke ground.
